- Recording delays caused by the Bureau of Conveyances
- Incorrect information you provide
- Reviewer delays, third-party management delays, or system outages
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
We do not guarantee:
- Recording approval
- Timeline for recording
- Legal results
- Acceptance of documents by third parties, lenders, estate representatives, etc.
